2 prenatal birth-prep meetings tailored to your unique goals
24/7 on-call support starting 3 weeks before your due date until birth
a continuous, supportive presence during labor and birth through first latch & golden hour
1 in-home postpartum visit
a typed birth story
16 hours of in-home support from a postpartum expert to make your newborn days/nights a little easier.
Duties of a postpartum doula include:
educating/assisting parents with infant care basics (diapering, bathing, feeding, sleeping, swaddling, babywearing, etc)
caring for infant so parents can sleep or care for selves
snack/meal prep
cleaning/organization/laundry
sibling/pet care
connecting parents to local & relevant resources
processing birth stories
& more!
Includes:
pickup of placenta from your birth place & drop-off of capsules to your home (Missoula & surrounding areas)
instructions for taking & storing the capsules
polaroids of your placenta
The average placenta makes approximately 100 capsules. Placenta can be prepared with Traditional Chinese Medicine method or raw method.

Hi, I’m Caraline-the Missoula Doula. I’m a birth and postpartum doula serving Missoula and its surrounding areas. I’m a former infant/toddler teacher with more than a decade’s experience caring for young children and their families. I began doing doula work in 2023 after training and certifying with DONA International & remain passionate about making birth a better experience for us all.
